Join our homestead: Community Living & Regenerative Stewardship

"Rooted in a community-focused homestead design, our hobby farm embraces an ecologically-minded lifestyle centered on collective landscape stewardship—from tending to our fruit orchards and vineyards to nurturing our berries and gardens together."

We prioritize sustainability of the land and our collective resilience, caring for our bio-diverse medicinal and edible native species, "common gardens," and individual "soul" gardening plots as part of our long-term regenerative mission.

About the Watering Pond Site

Our watering pond is a protected watershed shed, naturally set in downhill from our forrest.
Our watering pond is a protected watershed shed, naturally set in downhill from our forrest.

Nestled within the heart of our farm, this site by the Common Watering Pond, surrounded by our natural watershed, acts as an ideal landing site for your participation and a plot for your Tiny House on Wheels (THOW). We maintain a focus on alternative green eco-building methods and a small footprint where room for detached structures—ideal for remote work, creative studios, or private meditation—can be added to harmonize with the landscape.

This site is available for a new farm member's "Tiny Home" to be added to growing Homestead.

A Growing Community of Builders

To support the farm’s development, we are making space for collaborative builders as a way to participate in our intentional lifestyle. We are actively sourcing additional buildings to welcome and accommodate new members, creating a shared landscape where room for detached structures—such as creative studios, farm outbuildings, or co-operative facilities—can be added on a small footprint to harmonize with the land.

Our Infrastructure

To support your integrated lifestyle, the site is equipped with foundational infrastructure designed to harmonize with our land through co-operative land improvements:

  • Power: Currently providing shared 15-amp power. Members have the option to collaboratively upgrade their site to 20 or 30 amps as needed by providing and installing their own cabling to the main panel.

  • Connectivity: Access to our central Ethernet for a stable, hardwired connection.

  • Water: Integrated connection to our property wide water system.

  • Waste Management: Regenerative composting systems and grey water mulch basins, situated downhill from the pond to protect our forested watershed.

Your daily rhythm here is defined by:

  • Natural Retreats: Immediate access to our swimming and creek ponds, which serve as both peaceful escapes and vital components of our regenerative water systems.

  • Community Gathering: Utilization of the central playing field for events, relaxation, or quiet time in nature and farm-related workshops, agri-tourism events, farmstay with seasonal glamping and cob oven potlucks.

  • Forest Stewardship: Experience the beauty and biodiversity of our thriving forested watershed—a tranquil backdrop to your contributions on the land.
