Join our homestead: Community Living & Regenerative Stewardship

Field View
Licensed Site with Cabin, Available July 1rst

Rooted in a community-focused homestead design, our hobby farm embraces an ecologically minded lifestyle centered on collective landscape stewardship—from tending to our fruit orchards and vineyards to nurturing our berries and gardens together.

We prioritize the sustainability of the land and our collective resilience, caring for our bio-diverse medicinal and edible native species, "common gardens," and individual "soul" gardening plots as part of our long-term regenerative mission.

Our fully furnished upper cabin site is ready to welcome its next dedicated steward starting July 1st

🐱 A Note on Farm Companionship: We share our immediate home base with Chaga, our beloved prince farm cat. Because he is an integral part of the daily life and fabric here, a deep, genuine love for animals is an absolute must for anyone joining this site!

A Growing Community of Builders

To support the farm’s development, we are making space for collaborative artists, artisans, and builders to participate in our intentional lifestyle. We are actively creating a shared landscape where room for detached structures—such as creative studios, farm outbuildings, or co-operative facilities for workshops—can harmonize with the land on a small footprint.

Foundational Infrastructure & Cooperative Support

To support an integrated lifestyle, our licensed site features a fully furnished tiny cabin equipped with foundational infrastructure designed to harmonize with our land through co-operative improvements:Water & Waste: Integrated connection to our property-wide water system, regenerative composting setups, and grey water mulch basins designed to protect our forested watershed.Connectivity: Access to central Ethernet for a stable, hardwired connection.Power: Currently providing shared 15-amp power, with the collaborative option for members to upgrade their site connectivity to 20 or 30 amps as needed.

Note: We collectively share our space with Chaga, our beloved farm cat, he is already a family member of 2 years and is used to living in this cabin.

Your daily rhythm here is defined by:

  • Natural Retreats: Immediate access to our swimming and creek ponds, which serve as both peaceful escapes and vital components of our regenerative water systems.

  • Community Gathering: Enjoyment of the central playing field for events, relaxation, or quiet time in nature, alongside seasonal workshops, agri-tourism events, glamping, and cob oven potlucks.

  • Forest Stewardship: Experience the beauty and biodiversity of our thriving forested watershed—a tranquil backdrop to your contributions on the land.
